How do I renew my SmartStart service?

You should receive an email 60 days prior to the expiration of your service plan advising you that we will attempt to auto-renew your service PRIOR to the expiration date.  This can be anywhere from 2-6 weeks before the expiration date.  We do it this way to ensure that there are no interruptions in service.  You can opt to let the service auto-renew using the credit card on file OR you can log on to www.mysmartstart.com and click on "Renew" to do it yourself.  This method is advisable if you would like to go with a service plan that is different than the one you chose the first time.
