Why do I receive emails from SmartStart in French?

When your device is activated the installer is asked whether the default language should be English or French.  If the wrong language is selected all future correspondence with SmartStart will be done in that language.  Please contact SmartStart customer Support @ 800-753-0800 to have this corrected.
