The command sent from SmartStart (Lock, Unlock, SmartStart, Trunk, Panic, Aux1, Aux2, Status) was sent to the vehicle but no response was received. This can be caused by any of the following: 1) Device is outside coverage of the cell network  2) Device is powered down  3) Device is in the middle of resetting data connection or power cycling  4) Device has locked up or stopped communicating due to internal issues.
